It was very interesting for me to do the meditation and I did this first time in my life. As I followed the meditation guide, it was still very difficult to focus on the breathing patterns once I started meditating. Initially, after starting the meditation I experienced that there were a lot of thoughts that were coming around in the mind and as I am a person who takes a lot of stress, there were many things going within the mind during the start of the meditation. As I proceeded and tried to focus on my breathing patterns and relaxing my muscles and body parts, I felt a terrible pain in the middle of my head and I felt like something was stuck there which restricted my brain to provide any more thoughts.
